उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने एक महत्वपूर्ण घोषणा करते हुए कहा है कि राज्य में सरकारी नौकरियों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया अब ‘अभियान’ की तरह लगातार और तेज़ गति से चलायी जाएगी। उनका यह कदम युवाओं को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने और नियुक्तियों में पारदर्शिता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से लिया गया है।
भर्ती प्रक्रिया में सुधार का संकल्प
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि सरकार भर्ती प्रक्रिया को जल्द से जल्द पूरा करने के लिए विशेष कदम उठा रही है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे भर्ती अभियान को व्यवस्थित और प्रभावी तरीके से संचालित करें ताकि योग्य उम्मीदवारों को समय पर लाभ मिल सके।
युवाओं के लिए बड़ी राहत
राज्य में बेरोजगारी एक बड़ी समस्या बनी हुई है, और इस घोषणा से लाखों युवाओं को नई उम्मीद मिली है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, “हमारा लक्ष्य है कि सरकारी नौकरी पाने की प्रक्रिया में देरी न हो और भर्ती अभियान प्रभावी रूप से आगे बढ़े।”
भर्ती अभियान के तहत विभिन्न विभागों में होगी नियुक्ति
सरकार के अधिकारियों के अनुसार, पुलिस, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, प्रशासन सहित कई विभागों में विभिन्न पदों पर भर्ती की प्रक्रिया तेज की जाएगी। भर्ती के दौरान पारदर्शिता और निष्पक्षता पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा।
प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था भी होगी मजबूत
इस अभियान के सफल संचालन के लिए प्रशासनिक तंत्र को भी सुदृढ़ किया जाएगा। नियमित समीक्षा बैठकें आयोजित कर भर्ती प्रक्रिया की प्रगति पर नजर रखी जाएगी। साथ ही तकनीकी माध्यमों का उपयोग कर प्रक्रिया को और अधिक पारदर्शी बनाया जाएगा।
