बहुमंजिला पाकिंग की प्रगति को लेकर आज आवास सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार की अध्यक्षता में समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।
सचिव आवास डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि क्षेत्र में लगातार बढ़ती वाहन संख्या और तीर्थयात्रियों की भीड़ को देखते हुए इस परियोजना को स्वीकृति की प्रक्रिया में आगे बढ़ाया गया है। प्रस्तावित पार्किंग में 300 से अधिक चार पहिया तथा 200 से अधिक दोपहिया वाहनों के खड़े होने की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। इससे न केवल यातायात दबाव कम होगा, बल्कि यात्रा सीजन के दौरान अव्यवस्था और जाम की समस्या से भी राहत मिलेगी।
प्रस्ताव के अनुसार पार्किंग भवन में भूतल (स्टिल्ट) सहित कुल चार मंजिल होंगे, जिनमें तीन फ्लोर ऊपर निर्मित किए जाएंगे। संपूर्ण ढांचा आधुनिक इंजीनियरिंग मानकों के अनुरूप विकसित किया जाएगा, ताकि भारी भीड़ के समय भी वाहनों की पार्किंग का सुचारु संचालन हो सके।
विशेष रूप से इस बहुमंजिला पार्किंग परिसर में दो बेड का आकस्मिक स्वास्थ्य सहायता केंद्र भी स्थापित किया जाएगा। दूर-दराज से आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं, विशेषकर बुजुर्गों के लिए आपात चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराना एक सराहनीय पहल मानी जा रही है। साथ ही अधिकारियों एवं राजकीय कार्मिकों के लिए प्रतीक्षालय और विश्राम कक्ष की व्यवस्था भी प्रस्तावित है। इस निर्माण कार्य का नियोजन विभाग की डीपीसी के माध्यम से परीक्षण किया जा चुका है। प्रशासनिक एवं वित्तीय स्वीकृति प्रदान किए जाने के लिए 29 जनवरी 2026 को विभागीय व्यय समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई थी। इसके क्रम में 23 फरवरी 2026 को सचिव डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार की अध्यक्षता में परियोजना से संबंधित बिंदुओं पर विस्तृत विचार-विमर्श किया गया।
आवास सचिव ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री के विजन और मिशन के अनुरूप राज्य के धार्मिक स्थलों को सुव्यवस्थित, सुरक्षित और सुविधायुक्त बनाने की दिशा में ठोस कार्यवाही की जा रही है। नीलकंठ में प्रस्तावित बहुमंजिला पार्किंग केवल एक आधारभूत संरचना परियोजना नहीं, बल्कि तीर्थ पर्यटन को सुदृढ़ करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। परियोजना को तकनीकी मानकों के अनुरूप तैयार किया गया है और सभी आवश्यक प्रक्रियाएं पारदर्शिता के साथ पूर्ण की जा रही हैं। अंतिम प्रशासनिक एवं वित्तीय स्वीकृति प्राप्त होते ही निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया जाएगा।
